Just like what everyone said, the face needs a little more work. But the way you shaded his clothes is so impressive, it still deserves a compliment ^^

You have mesed up the face and the hilt of his Soul slayer, but the shinigami clothes themselves are extremely good. The detail and the light are great! Nice work, just work on the face. The hilt it a little too long as it should stop at where his hand is laying. I cant offer adviec on the face, as it looks wrong but I cant pinpoint the error.

His face looks oblong outward; shouldn't it be going down? Other that that though, looks pretty good.
