How convenient...a bunch of my students found my scribbles and requested me to draw them chibis and I took pics of them before I colored them XD (Yes someone can color them, that's how I've been coloring my stuffs XD) But I'm better at coloring, so is it okay to participate in both parts of the challenge if I'm coloring someone elses work?

U can use a ballpoint pen, like I use. o_O You use it the same way..just have to let it dry for a bit. XD
Depends on how thick you layer the ink.

Its okay wolfeh. .^. You can't use pencil. But you an use ball point pen like I use. Draw, ink, then leave it for a night or two, depending on how thick the ink is. And then u erase the next morning.
