to get thesizes right...um...when you go to submit there's a link that says requirements. That'll tell you the sizes. Then, to check you can put the picture into a picture editing application, like paint, gimp or anything else and measure it so that it mets the reuirements.

oh you dont know? a quick way is, when your in the back room, go to the quick submit drop menu. You'll see it there. If you want to enter a challenge go to the challenge and click submit an enrty ^_^
