Well for your first question; yes you can. and for your second question; it has to be new unless you haven't posted it before and no only one of you can post it. That way people won't think she copied off of you.
I have TWO questions.... 1. can we use charries in animes and then your own charie for crushes? and 2. what if you made a comic from a while ago and both you AND your friend made it? she's on theO too... so would we both post it? or is it allowed?
