What a good contest to hold! Based on something I actually have strong feelings about! I did my entire senior project on animal testing and how it was wrong. I'll try and throw something together for this.

I would like to try. Animals need rights too. They're just like people only furrier and cuter.

When I said household animals I ment no lions, tiger and bears lol. Horses are a different form of household because some families live on farms so I would except a horse fan art because that is a a farm animal!!! :D

Oh yes horse racing can be cruel because the horses constantly are whipped if they do not perform and action right and also with those spears (can't remember the exact name for them) on the boots being jabbed into them in a form of punishment as well. Though I am not sure if they are still used...but good luck with your paper!! :D

What about horses? I would attempt that, maybe. If I have time.

Kinda funny, I'm writing a paper on horseracing, and whether its animal cruelty or not. Didn't know April was the awareness month for it.
