what is flameing? does it mean that i can't have fire surrounding one of my characters? (since i enjoy putting elemental stuff around my characters, like its coming off of them) or does it mean something else? so i can do like, one character from an anime show, then draw that person with an OC? just as long as u know who the character is and what anime show its from? including the name of my OC?
just making sure before i start drawing, then being disappointed
