nope nope.. not at all.. it's not just to me whom u are recommending the title.. i could agree on ur recommendation and would recommend it too.. also, i've rewatched several anime titles already.. wont matter if i rewatched something so i can scribble while watching--much better hahahahaha..
there are some titles that i've rewatched for more than 3x as far as i remember and i still see myself rewatching it again in the future just so i can watch something im familiar with while working--really cant work without any sort of distraction at minimum.. so probably u can just say that's under the 10% for my preference if i've seen it already and decides that i dont want to see it again but it doesnt affect the contest.. just because i wont watch it doesnt mean it's not qualified to win..
but yeah.. im still not quite active... still stuck at work and i feel bad that i wont be going with u guys in cons this year........ really stuck at work.. lol

Valid point FD! We don't know what you've read/ watched. If you have already, it defeats the purpose of the contest and wouldn't that affect the 30% description score =P?
