What if the person whose characters you want to include doesn't draw? ^^' (Someone else drew the model for this person's OC; Could I still use that OC, but the person who drew the model be my partner?)

Thank you so much, I really wanted to get one in for the team art, but the deadline snuck up on me, and I hadn't gotten a partner yet!
