If you want, you can create a brand-new character and enter him or her and never use that character again, or maybe modify an existing OC to the point that he or she is unrecognizable if you compared him or her to their old self.

I have a picture drawn, but then it just dawned on me: this character originated as a fan character. I don't consider her a fan character anymore since I gave her a story of her own in a separate "universe" from the fandom she came from. You probably couldn't tell she was once a fan character anyway, but I wanted to be honest about her origins. Can I still submit the picture?

No, sorry. I've never been into adding my own characters to stories and to me it feels kind of unoriginal since the story or manga or whatever doesn't belong to me.
If you don't have any OCs that aren't fandom based or don't want to submit any other OCs, feel free to make one up on the spot, just make sure to say that in the description (and you don't have to give a long explanation about him or her either)
What happens if one of my friends oc's are in the pic but I was the one who drew it? Her character and mine are buddies. She does have a login thingy account... would it be okay if I get her permission?
I can't wait to see an entry! Oh man, I need to practice my OCs too... since my drawing style is hideous and all I can draw is soldier poses...
Yeah... I'm wondering if I should'a made the deadline later...
