Yes it can. You just can't use the existing evveeloution types (meaning water, fire, ice, dark, psychic, electric, grass) but you can use like fire/ice type or fire/ghost type. It's gotta be an original creation and it can't be human-like. :P

I'm sorry...I don't want to be mean but...I just wanted people to use existing pokemon types. ^^; I mean you can still make a mistyeon but you just need to make it a type or mix of types that already exists. Just as long as it's not taken by an existing evveeloution. I mean a water/fire type would work since fire evaporates water and would make mist.

Like I said. It can't be a type already covered by existing evveeloutions. :P So that means you can't make a new water type. But if you make it something like water/ice. Then I'll allow it. :P Sorry I don't mean to stifle your creativity.
