You can combine if the weapon is built into the person, like a cyborg. Also, they can transform into a weapon, like in Soul Eater, or have an appendage that can be turned into a weapon, like Ed's automail arm.
I guess I just don't wanna see people with swords instead of arms or cannonballs shooting out of their toes. Things that are more of an inconvenience than weapons.

Fists can count as a weapon, I suppose, if they're in action. Not just waving a fist at someone.
