^_^ This should be easy! o_o I can't draw anything already created anyway. Its like I can look at already created art, but my brain won't allow me to recreate it. ^_^ So original art is meh game!!! Woot!
I'm thinking of doing this....but...I'm just wondering about the background rule, like are we talking a serious, detailed background, like an actual scene of some kind, or does that rule just mean they can't be against a plain white or solid color background and need to have just some sort of design elements to set them off?
just want to know my options :)

I will most definitely do this ^.^. I have a picture... It's just that it's somewhere else and it's not fully coloured. I'll finish it and have it in by... Sunday? It's not as good as some of the others, though. >.<. I tried.

a. should I dedicate it to you so you can see it?
b. Where do i mention the background?
