No, the two cards don't necessarily have to be related to each other, though I would prefer if they were somehow connected. Just make sure your first card is the rain and your second is the floral. :)

Yeah, that's fine with me. There's not limit on what quotes and images you are and aren't allowed to use. As long as you follow the rules listed, anything goes.

Yeah that's totally fine if you'd like to use the same song or even the exact same lyrics in both of your cards. As long as there's a distinction between rain and flowers.
