If you make it small and re-size it you take the chance of distorting the images you use and making everything look stretched/out of shape even with text it can end up looking BAD. What program are you using to make your wallies? Maybe I can inform you of how to size your wallies on your program. That way you can start with the right size.

you can just make the wall at 1024x768 THEN scale/resize the wall to 1920x1200. that help? i've been making bigger versions of my walls, i just don't submit them. sorry if this is random but i wanted to help. ^^
