Okay! 1) They can, but don't have to. After all, this is a totally different Organization! ^^ and 2) Hmm, hadn't thought of that one. I was aiming for an OC for this new Organization. So I'd rather you do that instead.

cool an Organization Creation Challenge!! ...but is the first rule means if we want to or not? and the second rule can we use somebody from any anime/manga and Nobody-ize him/her?....maybe i can try this...see if i have enough time and drawing skills....which won't be as good as anyone
