And no, people, that's not really in the anime. It's a well-drawn and fairly accurate imitation. The differences are relatively small, but they are there (for instance, Hitsugaya's hair isn't spiky enough, and Hinamori's bun is too small).
But seriously, kudos to whoever drew this. It's really good!
