SPOILER WARNING: FYI for anyone looking @ this that guy is actually Mizuki from naruto, in the anime after sasuke leaves Mizuki breaks out of ninja prison and trys to find orochimaru, orochi gave him sum weird drugs to increase his strenght and turned him into tony the tiger. He should be saying: "Orochi's drugs their more than good their great!"
