Ah, you meant the text! That's an 'outer glow', you can make many different kinds of glow with it. It's in the same styles' list as stroke and drop shadow. What I did on my card is a soft blur.

Something similar to that, yes, but more focused on the area behind the text... more like this. I've seen tutorials for it before, I just can't recall them.

A glow effect similar to this? I didn't make too obvious here, but I may know what you want.
