The girl is from the artist Rami (I tried to find the picture itself real quick) , I'm not sure if the girl is in any animes or mangas. I love her too, that's why I decided to use her as my world's theme! :D
I'm about to change it again to a fall theme, I'll probably use her works again since I'm so inspired now haha!
