Very cute card, I like the hearts you added in the background and the brushes/textures! Although I think it'd look better without the outer glow on the font - you can brush some white below the font to make it look like someone ran their brush across the card :] But overall it's an improvement, it's great to see you get better with everything you submit ^^ Best of luck in the contest~
