Togainu no Chi is an anime that it's about...well it's supposed to be a game in which the players have some tags when they start and collect the tags from others players by fighting them.
Akira is the main character who is forced to enter the game instead of going to prison...it's really nice until now...ah, they also told me that it's yaoi...
I'm not really good at describing animes but I did my best!
