when i play soccer,i can be one of the fastest girls on the field.I have won lots of foot races against several girls and some tall girls.i can beat some boys too

I'm really fast when I run. I always win against both of my sisters in races (I know that doesn't mean much but just stating xD) And I can run for a while, but I don't get out to run much as it is >.>

I use my treadmill....every day......I hate it though X__X

I usually just walk on my treadmill for like 30 minutes, and doing 15 minutes with weights, exercises like squats, weight lifting, lunges, chest flies, a few things like that. So I did like.....200 reps all together (various exercises, not just 200 reps of weight lifting) the other day, so I think that was too much o_0

oh well i can understand why!!i have 8 pound weights at my house,i never use them thou...i should but i exercise my legs more then my arms and stomach

I started lifting weights, like 10 lbs weights the other day and I did about 50 reps for each arm, and my arms still hurt. I think I overworked myself (I was working out twice a day, 45 minutes both times) and like, I'm so sore now xD So I took today off from exercising and have been doing nothing since 3 p.m besides sitting at my laptop XD

my friend is little and light so she was easy for me to pick up and do a 5 push ups.the friend who did it after me got like ten and the other couldnt do 2.and for me 5 is impressive cuz i have a weak upper body
