believe me, its a scar. tattoos aren't carved into your skin. just read naruto volume 15 if you still dont believe me. he literally carved that mark onto his forehead when he was six!

its true, they do have some things and common. and when i think of a angsty teen with a scar, my mind goes straight to gaara.
then again,i freaking love him, so im going to think of him first.
