I believe there's more to it than It looks....He may have survived Grell's Death Sythe but those Film strips that appear when that person is near death did appear during their fight in the series....Sad as It may be I don't think that he's coming back...His death Leads me to believe it may have been another Demon like Sebastian or a Shinigami Who killed him.
XD Read on... he's not dead yet, look here, from all the fallen pieces (people who supposedly died), the Knight (Sebastian) is still standing.
There's no way he'd die from a simple stab... He survived Grell's death scythe ^^"
