In the version I have, go to "Image" on the menu, select "Resize" and then "Image Size". Then, a window will pop up. Just enter in the size you want the image to be (make sure it's in pixels and not inches or something). That's how I did it. It might be slightly different for you, since the version I have is about five years old, if not older.

Do you have Photoshop? You can re-size and crop your images there. They have to be 350 x 350 pixels, by the way.
