Hmm ... ? I think he is Gevanni/Giovanni. Kinda looks Ray, though. But I'm sure 100 % if he is Gevanni. I remember that pict (89%), when he saw someone (bad guy) who disturbing a girl n die, bcoz of heart attack (of course its because the Death Note) in the train, with Mikami on it. (Near wants him to follow Mikami bcoz he expect that guy is X-Kira).
