Actually, the ship stage is based off of The Pirate's Ship. That little boat that appears behind it and follows for a bit- that's Link's boat, The King of Red Lions. XD

Lol, it's been forever since I've played too... one of these days, I'll have to hook up to the 'net and try playing here... Hmm... I can't today, but maybe this weekend, or next week... XD
