No not really...it's more like a "saying" that she is recites to her victims before she sends them to hell, in the anime has a different and much more longer translations then mine, like : "O pitiful shadow cloaked in darkness.Thy actions cause men pain and suffering. Thy hollow soul drowns in thy sins. Would you like to see what death is like?" (Enma Ai), mine has a pretty rhyme that makes it sound like poetry, but kind of gives me the creeps.
The anime is nice, you should try to see it.
