The creator of the series is KEY animation and their works are amazing. They include Air, Clannad, and Little Busters! as well. Air still to this day is my favorite and one of my top favorite anime. It is very beautiful. I love it! =]

I haven't seen the Kanon anime or played the game, but I have read the manga. It's a sweet series. A tad confusing, but sweet.
