Well, the guy in the picture is Shigure Sohma from "Fruits Basket". Umm, I don't really know how to describe him. I definitely wouldn't call him my favorite character, but he works well for cards.
He's a strange sort of person... Sort of rude and funny (in his own way).
Sorry, I'm really bad at describing characters sometimes! I hope that helped even a little. (And, yes, he's pretty cute But I think Hatori, another character from the series, is cuter.)
