L looks like a monkey!!! XD When you said pet, it reminded me of those monkeys performing on the streets. And their owners has a leesh on the monkey! XD Dance Monkey-L! Dance! XD I'm definitely jealous. XP
The simple background of the card looks really good. ^^ The corners make up for the lack of stamps. ^.~
