Every person is different. A lot of people prefer face to face or talking on the phone. Me, I prefer texting because that gives me time to think of what to say to compose my thoughts because in person, I tend to not say anything for fear of hurting someone's feelings. And while, I'm scared of that via text, it gives me more time to figure out how to word something. I hope that makes sense.
Half the time, I never know how to start a conversation with someone even though I really want to talk to them. But, what I do is say something completely random to catch their attention and depending on how they respond, go from there.
So, I can understand how you feel. Technology makes things harder to interpret, as well. So, over texting, you don't know what kind of tone someone is using.
I get it. Trust me, I do. :)
Ah, that's really nice of you. n.n
Anyway, it's sort of different to me, I guess? Like if I'm writing a post in this world or make a facebook status or something, I have no real problem with that. Because when people comment or message me about it, we have something to talk about.
But with texting like a certain person or something, I can't really think of much to talk about. And when we are actually talking, I overthink my response. >.< like I'm constantly changing it and I think texting just gives me too much time to think of what to say. Which is weird because most people like that aspect, but I get insecure about what I said .-.
That's why I like talking on the phone or being in person more, I guess. I can just say something without thinking and regret it later if I feel like it. pff.
I'm just weird lolol
I can understand how hard it must be to do all these things. You seem to be able to communicate really well over the internet, I think. Texting isn't all that different? I dunno. I want to understand how things work for you to make things easier. If you want my number to practice texting people or something, I can do that. I just really want to help. If you ever need anything or help with something, please don't hesitate to ask, okay?
