how are all of you enjoying the last BITS of summer?!! o ___ o LMFAO
it's been raining...a LOT over here in NY and NJ so yeah...not much of a summer for us ^ __ ^;;
HOWEVER, lots has been going on behind the scenes with my upcoming manga "Sacred"!! (updates coming soon!)
and this Friday i shall be posting chapter one HERE on TheOtaku!!!

apparently there's some sort of art thief drama happenign here on TheO, and this is nothing new to me or my beloved Giname6. He's had work stolen numerous times, and from that we've learned to protect ourselves and i felt i should share some of that with you guys.

What art thieves look for
art thieves look for UNMARKED work, which means, it has no name on it or a URL on it. they can easily save this onto their computer and upload it somewhere and claim it.

what should i do if my work/work of someone i know has been stolen
please guys, i KNOW your first instinct is to attack them, but PLEASE know...all besite ask for us to be kind to each other and NOT attack each other. so even if you're the victim and you deserve to be angry, the admins can ban you for the site for attacking the art thief!!
remain calm, don't even CONTACT the art thief. it'll only get you more angry if they respond, and they might start attacking YOU.
so please:
all you have to do to report someones stolen work this:below each piece there's a "REPORT/FLAG" button. simply click that tab, provide a link to the original piece, and VUALA!!! no more complaining and all will be well!!
if you feel the need to, you can write a small note (no vulgar language, no writing in an upset way) to the admin, and again provide a link to the stolen piece and to the original piece.

How to protect your work
not sure if anyone has noticed this, but i watermark my work very heavily. right dead in the center of my pictures you will see my full name AND the URL of the my DA account. it may be ugly to some but it does it's job :) never had work stolen before, and if God permits i never will. my fiance' Giname6 on TheO has had work stolen in the past, but after he started watermarking, that's it. no more of that drama.
WHAT NOT TO DO!!
1.)never water mark over an area of your pic that's a solid color (someone can digitally color over it)
2.)ALWAYS place it in the center of your pic or over a part that's crucial (there's no WAY to get rid of the watermark without destroying the pic ;D you see??) but if this is too much for you, you can compromise a bit with the placement ( EX:if your character is framed by roses, place the watermark 1/2 on the roses 1/2 on your character. (NOTE: not placing your watermark in the center of your piece WILL decrease the effectiveness of it because there's always a chance the thief can simply CROP the watermarked part off when re-posting.)
3.)VERY IMPORTANT!!! and make the watermark big enough so that even if they posted it at a low rez somewhere the watermark will be readable!

i hope this helps you guys!! i would really hate to see any of you caught in this kind of situation. so please, try to protect your work as BEST you can!

hello everyone!!
i've begun posting chapter 1 of my upcoming manga "Sacred" on both DeviantART (SiSero)and Y!Gallery(SiSero87) because, unlike the awesome TheOtaku.com, they don't have the option of posting all the pages at once as a single post. so i'm going to post a few more pages, and THEN post the full chapter here! :D
if you guys can't wait, feel free to read the pages on DA or on Y! but be warned, i'm only posting about 2-3 pages a day on those sites so...yes. kinda slow ^^; i need to give myself a chance to answer the comments ppl leave under the pages o __ o at least SOME of them XDD

IT'S OFFICIAL!!! i've received a copy of my manga and i've given the printers the "OK" to print volume 1!!!!WOOOOO!!!

i've now made the manga smaller that the size i originally planned it to be for one reason: i wanted to make the manga affordable for you guys!! so now that the manga has it's new smaller size i can sell the manga for only $8.50!! i'm so happy, and i hope you guys are happy with the price too ; U ;

God willing everything will continue to go according to plan and schedule. i'm so happy, so nervous, so excited...i've prayed so much over the past 2 years that i've been working on this project and i will continue to have faith that God will continue to guide me...i feel...so...glad. so thankful. i've worked hard and i'm going to CONTINUE to work hard!! i want this so badly! i'm so thrilled to see these first steps happening!!^ o ^

Hello Everyon!!
OMGEE!! OUR FIRST CONCERT!!
OMGEEE!!!! guys, Giname6 and i had SUCH an amazing time this weekend!!! we went to our first concert EVER and it was one of No Doubts come back concerts!!! AAAHH!!! it was amazing!! Paramore opened for them and the concert lasted till 1am <3 we danced our asses off, damn it!!!! XD WOOOOOO!!!
it was awesome!!
No Doubt was Giname's favorite band growing up so i RACED to get tickets for us ; U ; i knew it would make him so happy and of course it did!! i wish you could have heard the excitement in his voice when i told him i was able to get us tickets!! XD

The Concert Begins!!
the concert was in Long Island, NY on Saturday. we went with my older cousin (who also had tickets) and she was going with co workers and friends <3 she bought us concert books and bought be a No Doubt t-shirt TT o TT she's so sweet!! she was all "it's your first concert! you need this!! XD"
Paramore opened for No Doubt and played literally 9 songs!! OMGEE!! i'm not a big fan of them but it was so cool to watch them perform!! the lead guitarist was doing flips while he played!!!! WTF?!! and then when i thought they were done they played one more song...they played one of my favorite songs of all time..."Decode"!! OMG!!! I LOVE THAT DAMN SONG!!!!!
i'm not even a twilight fan...the song's just awesome > U >
THEN...the lights went out...and the audience went wild!! a sheet dropped and we saw their silhouettes appear one by one. of course when Gwen's silhouette appeared EVERYONE was screeching LMFAO XD
they opened with one of my FAVE songs ever!! "spider web"!!! the set was amazing!! the lighting EVERYTHING was incredible!! this photo serves it no justice!!
i was dancing so hard to all of their songs!! there was SOO much energy in the air (thought all the young kids who came just to see paramore looked confused ^ __ ^; i don't think they knew any of the songs LOL ) it was so much FUN!! thought at some point i looked to my side and 4 of my neighbors left LMFAO i must have been hitting them while i was dancing or something and they just gave up and left o __ o;; they were so quiet and didn't even stand up...no energy at all > __ > my um...neighbors behind me also left LMFAO XDDD these ppl were NOT dancing!! everyone else was just fine and was really cool with us!!
screaming, cheering!! SO MUCH DANCING!! Gwen Stefani was sooo sweet!!! 
someone reached out to her and she said "oh! you wanna autograph?" and just signed it!! right there! she had just finished a song!! and someone later called out "CAN I HUG YOU?!!" and she called them on to the stage and HUGGED THEM!!!!
she was so cute and so cool!! ; U ; <3<3<3 THE WHOLE BAND was so awesome!! the drummer wore a tutu and checkerboard thigh high stockings!! i love him!!

FREAKING #@%&*!!# CABS!!!!! XDDD
it was gonna be 2 am when we all got home <3 the energy of New York at that time of night (morning) is incredible!! it's so alive and beautiful!! thought it did take us forever to get a cab because they kept picking up the bitches wearing miniskirts!! ROFL
my cousin was all "don't worry. that's okay. she's gonna have a HORRIBLE time where ever she's going!" LMFAO
the second time it happened she said "naaah. it's okay LOL that cab's gonna get a flat anyway!!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! she's so random and morbid XDDD
