About the Author

Samantha S. Mina is currently an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia, working to receive her Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies in English, Anthropology and Government in 2010, and her Juris Doctorate of Medical Law in 2013. She has served as a congressional intern in the US House of Representatives, Director of Support for Arnold Air Society Area II, and Coordinator of Silver Wings Air Force Society. She is also active in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, National Scholars Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, UVA Archery, Musicians On Call, and Reston Bible Church. She has poetry, short stories, research, essays and artwork published in several literary magazines and academic research journals. She ultimately aspires to acquire publication for her novel series—over 3,500 total pages—and to become a medical lawyer.
