Fulcrum
The first Keyholders -- or Legendary Five, as they came to be called -- call on their allies to create Fulcrum, an organization charged with the responsibility of keeping balance between Earth and the Gates. Fulcrum delegates responsibility to the Key Guardians, and the Keys are passed down.
