Drawing #148

So we're starting our screen printing project in my printmaking class! Here's a diagram of how screen printing works, for those of you who don't really know what it is.
Basically, you take some transparent sheets and draw your image onto it in black. The green stuff is light-sensitive paint, which will only dry in the light. If some black parts are covering the paint up, it won't dry.
Then you take a pressure-washer and wash the paint off that hasn't dried (your image). What's left over is a stencil! Then you just pour paint over the holes you created (the holes are your image) and the paint only goes through the holes and not the rest of the green. :DD
I don't know how to print different colors, but I'll be learning that soon!

So here's what I'm going to be printing! I did a small sketch, the coloring is rough and stuff. Tried to use as little colors as possible!

I chose to do Animal Crossing (seeing as that's my current obsession) and I drew some of my favorite villagers!! Dizzy, Bob, Jay, Lobo, and Bunnie <3
