Haha, this wallpaper was made out of complete randomness. XD
I was playing with my grunge-like and watercolor brushes, until I created a nice grunge-looking texture. :P

Anyways, I just slapped on an extracted PNG of Sai from Naruto (I forgot where it was from. D:) and just added some other brushes.
