Ok, yes, a dark Ritsuka wallpaper...probably not that creative, sorry!! ^^; But I saw this scan and really wanted to make a wallpaper of it. [though now I'm regretting it!] I haven't been making wallpapers as often these days, and my past several have all been requests. It's nice to make one for myself for once. XD Though I'm not too happy with some of it. Like the title...it took me forever to decide what to do with the title. Yes, "Come What May" is a bit hard to read, but I wanted it that way, sorry! So yeah...hmm...I guess I wanted to make a Loveless wallpaper again since I just bought volume 6 of the manga today. It spurred me on! I hope that it looks ok. T__T I really didn't have any good ideas with what to do for the background or anything...and I wasn't too happy with how it was turning out. I suppose I like it now, but eh. Anyhoo, the original scan was found here: http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/Loveless/item165730/ I thought, "wow, Ritsuka looks more mature in this one...is it even him??" I also thought that this would be an easy extraction, but it wasn't. All thanks to the slight colored glow around him...argh!! It was quite annoying. So the extraction wasn't that smooth...and I ended up adding a black linear light inner glow to him along with texture-fun. Yes, texture-fun. I said it. This was all brushwork, of course. Brush credits are on the bottom of my wallpaper! I love those photograph brushes. XD Since Ritsuka is all about making memories by taking pictures, I find that they match. I hope they don't look too out of place though. ^^; Umm...the background was again, layers of brushwork and clouds...and other effects. Then the text. I just came up with random lines that sort of match his thoughts about Soubi. Same with the title. I don't know; I'm in a dark depressing mood lately, so I wanted to express it in my wallpaper. Is it fine???? I hope so!! This took about 2 hours maybe? Maybe less; I don't know. I hope you like it!
