^_^ Cuteness. Well...I decided to make a wallpaper again, and I really like this one! Who knows if I'll still like it a few hours later, but for now, I do. XD I love the rain...and I haven't had any in a while, so I guess this wallpaper reflects hopeful thinking. ^^; This is Tama-chan from Bottle Fairy--super cuteness!! So I found the PNG at animegraphx.com, and then the rest just happened...I figured since she had the umbrella that it should be raining. XD I started with the bg and made a textured sky...then I made another layer for the clouds...then the wonderful grass brush was used, more textures...and the effects and whatnot with her, too. ^^ I know, it's a bit plain/simple, but I didn't want to overdo anything. Oh, and with the grass in the front, I gave it a blur to make it seem...yeah, like it's out of focus! XD This took at least an hour and a half. I hope you like it!
