First off, I recommend the 1280 x 1024 resolution. XD I made it at that resolution so it definitely looks better. ^^;; I don't know why I did because mine's 1024 x 768! *laugh* But it looked so much better!! Anyhoo, I decided to go with an AISHITEIMASU-type wallpaper, what with the rainbow and all. XD I don't usually use rainbow colors, but I just did for the heck of it!!! At first, this wallpaper was going to be a Rozen Maiden one...*laugh* Boy did that change! I'm not sure what this girl is from, but she matched the bg (especially after overlaying that gradient), which I did first. Again, this wallpaper went a completely different route from what I had before. ^^; But anyhoo, brushwork and default shapes (the circles)...lots of effects, overlays, and layers later this wallpaper was finished!! It took about...errr...over an hour...I'm not sure. I hope you like it!! Again, the larger resolution looks BETTER!!
