This fan character is called Scarlet. She has the same hair style as my OC of Princess Ai. This character has nothing to do with Princess Ai. I just called her Scarlet because of her red hair. Not many of my OCs are red heads.

I haven't draw in colored pencils since December. I saw this contest and I thought why not try it.
