I was just really in the mood to create an OC one night, and came up with her. Unfortunately, I don't really have a background story for her since... I didn't think of one. Yes, I know she's colorful. XD

Err... To be honest, I just added a bunch of things I like on a girl to her; hence the excessive amount of accessories? Haha XD
I'm still in the middle of developing her character, so I don't have much as of now... But I hope to make her a fun character.
