Bio.

Born in 2038 to Red and Marie Baumstach of the fifth region(there are six regions, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 all surround six) of No Mach land. She was raised in Suburbia, but because of a riot lead by inhabitants of the Poor towns, she was seperated form her parents and the age of 8 and was taken under the wing of Gregory "Half-eye" Hescot, who was largely responsible for her knowledge in the area of hacking.

After Half-eye was killed by a gang in the CFC race who he refused to help Cleo met Arthur "Leo" Vise. They created the cyber-gang Yellow Skull.
She is a bit of a headcase and refuses to trust anyone unless they save her life or show remarkable loyalty. She's extremely hyper, which accounts for her stuttering speech.
