The picture is from GITS 2nd movie: Innocence and it inspired me a lot.
This quote is most common used by ppl that think that there is really nothing wrong with them and accuse others of being "broken", although deep in their being they know that they are the "broken" ones...
The demented one says to the doctor "there is noting wrong with my, you are the mad one around here..." The mad ppl always think the same...that they are perfectly all right and that you are the crazy one (a sad perspective, but a true on too)
