I remember hearing about it, but I haven't seen it. :( AGH! There are so many things I want to watch! I got instant netflix on the PS3, but it doesn't work very well. It's probably out bad internet connection, but Ive looked it up and tons of people with fine connections are having the same problems. So sad. My mom is insistent on getting us through the Lie To Me series but when that's over the DVDs are mine! Until the next season is up.... It's like a mini series, right? Or a two parter? I'll definately check that. Bale as Rolfe sounds kinda scary. His acting can get intense. XD
Yeah, I've seen the second Pocahontas; I practically begged my mum to buy it for me on VHS when it came out! But there was this live action sort of one they did back in 2005 or so. It was called just The New World... Let me see if I can look it up... Yeah, The New World by Terrence Malick. Collin Farrell starred as John Smith, Q'orianka Kilcher as Pocahontas, and Christian Bale as John Rolfe. I found a high quality clip on Youtube.
Oh, you didn't watch the 2nd part of Pocahontas? It's a great movie, I like the new red head guy, he's amazing. And I'll leave the spoilers at that, watch it soon, it great 8D
Aagh! I know! They pulled a fast one on us and made John Rolfe the kind understanding guy in the second one and, even though Kocoum died, I was still hoping he wouldn't it. T_T I liked the idea of him and Pocahontas.
Have you seen that movie The New World? I think it had Collin Farrell in it as one of the Johns... Anyways, I watched small scenes of it on youtube and it looks so beautiful, the imagery is amazing, in my opinion. I'm going to have to mooch off my brother's Netflix because I want to watch it sooo bad.

What annoyed me most about the 2nd movie is how OOC John seemed. He was so cocky and forceful, nothing like the kind, understanding man from the 1st part. I think the 1st movie was amazing and it would've been the perfect ending...
