So lets get straight to the point:
I'm sure everyone can agree with me when I say that music is a huge part of our everyday life. You hear music on the radio, sometimes on TV, maybe even when you're trying to read your book and that idiot who sits behind you won't stop humming Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO. So for this challenge, I want you to take some lyrics from a song and just slap it onto your card!
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Calm down, cowboy. I'm not done yet. Everything comes with a catch, does it not? Your choices of songs are limited because for this one particular challenge, you have to use a song that is included in the website Billboard.com.
What is "The Billboard Hot 100"? It's the United States music industry standard singles popularity chart of each week's most popular songs across all genres.
So lets say you want to use a picture of Naruto and Sakura and use the song Someone Like You by Adele. Fine! You can do so. Just be sure to choose a certain phrase in the lyrics that relates to the scan. Don't use a song like Sexy and I Know It by LMFAO when it has nothing to do with the scan at all! BE CREATIVE! You can even use Nicki Minaj's Super Bass using a picture of Sakura rocking to the song with a pair of headphones on. Just remember that the scan has to somewhat relate to the song. The lyrics have to hold meaning to what's happening in your picture/scan/image/etc. Don't just choose a random song, you have over 100 to choose from so look around.
BTW, if you didn't know already, you don't have to use ALL of the lyrics of your song (how in the world would all that fit into your card XD), just use snippets or phrases.
Rules & Requirements:
- Browse the songs HERE.
- Choose any song THAT IS WITHIN THE TOP 100. Come on guys, you have 100 songs to choose from.
- Please link all resources (which includes both the song and the original scan).
