Some advice needed

I have a friend who I know since middle school and for a long time she got a depression. Her boygriend broke up with her in December, and before that, she was already doing worse at school. I want to help her a lot, but this quote of her hurt alot.

"I have no Friends."

I've protected her and been friends with her since 2 years and three months and it hurts knowing that's she said it. I want to talk about it with my mentor and her about it. I can't go on any longer. She went from a bubbly girl with great grades, to a girl who even cries the whole day long.
