Generally, the Heroes dress code does not encourage ladies’ lycra zentai suits, although I see no reason why they should not; one time I wore a catsuit which I had made in 2 halves (a top and bottom) from two pairs of black ladies tights which I had covered with Liquid Latex, and the organizers didn’t seem to mind about this. I have been to one or two other straight saunas or fetish clubs wearing nothing but a pair of sees through ladies shiny zentai costumes, and they have accepted it there, so perhaps Heroes will be ok too.
One of the straight clubs, Caesars at Basal Common near Coventry also has or had another regular male member who wore nothing but ladies black spandex bodysuit as bottoms and top; I met him a couple of times but have not been back for a long time. At my favorite local sauna in Sheffield, La Chamber, I have been to the DV8 monthly fetish night wearing a pair of ladies tights, and even jumping in the plunge pool/Jacuzzi there while wearing them; I got many admiring looks from other men -and women there!
Best of luck in seeing if you can wear ladies tights at Heroes, as I would be all too keen to do so as well, if they will be ok about it, as I find a transparent, glossy, or patterned pair of ladies tights doubles the arousal factor, as you are effectively bullock naked rather than just showing an enticing lumpy bulge in the crotch department.
