“I’m a fire demon.” Karina smiled and I looked at her funny. She didn’t have that type of aurora to her it wasn’t possible that she was a fire demon. Her aurora was more mellow.
I looked back at Minato and “I’m a shape shifter.” I answered cautiously trying to keep my voice low. “You do realize we’re not allowed to talk about that right?” I asked him and he sat back in his seat.
“Yea, yea I’m aware.” He stated putting his feet up on the back of my seat.
I glanced over at Karina, she seemed to have not heard the last part of the conversation. She looked at me and mouthed "He's crazy" to me.
I smiled at her and turned back around to be facing the stage. ‘So she’s a human by the way that she said that.’ I thought running my fingers through my hair. ‘Wonder what this is about. I know that it’s the first day of school and all but I’m not to sure if the headmaster is going to say something about there being humans here as well.’
"Hey Jack?" She whispered.
I looked over at her “What is it?” I muttered.
"I wonder where that kid got the whole demon thing from. Great idea, a shape shifter, now that would be cool." She whispered back.
“Um…thanks…Maybe he’s just imagining things and believes in that kind of thing.” I whispered back.
"But hey, you never know right?"
“Right.” I laughed lightly. ‘You have no idea that you’re sitting next to two demons right now.’
