Durarara!! is a really good anime, it's quite funny but yet very dark and the plot more complex than it seems. So I will definitely recommend it. ^^

OMG, I forgot that tag XD I like my answer to #15 too lol And the guys in the BG are Shizuo and Izaya from Durarara!! :) And I think the doujinshi it is from is called Oneness but I'm not sure about it.
